Overview
Fiberglass window and door systems represent the premium tier of residential fenestration — combining the dimensional stability of pultruded frames, exceptional thermal performance, and resistance to corrosion, warping, and weathering. Available in entry door, sliding patio door, casement, awning, and fixed window configurations, each product line is independently tested to Canadian and North American performance standards.
Entry & Swing Doors
200 Series — Entry Doors
The 200 Series entry door is built on a foam-filled pultruded fiberglass frame engineered to deliver steel-level security without the weight or corrosion risk. Injection-molded, mechanically welded corners are polyurethane foam-filled and sealed with silicone for lasting structural integrity.
Frame & Construction
- 6½” pultruded fiberglass door frame filled with wood reinforcement; optional 4½” frame available for single doors
- Door slabs feature reinforced fiberglass skins in smooth off-white (flush or embossed) and woodgrain beige (flush or embossed) finishes
- Stile rails use weather-resistant PVC composite; brickmould available for complete assemblies
Sill & Weather Management
- Inswing: thermally broken aluminum sill with integrated drainage
- Outswing: aluminum sill with Q-Lon weather stripping for a positive seal
- Adjustable threshold height for site flexibility
Sizes & Tolerances
- Nominal slab widths: 30″ (select styles), 32″, 34″, 36″ × 80″ or 96″ height
- Manufactured within ±⅛” (3.17 mm) industry tolerance
Security
- Multi-point locking mechanism standard on all fiberglass entry doors
- 20 mm latchbolt throw, secured against forced retraction
- Three-deadbolt system: deadbolts engage by key or knob; top and bottom latchbolts operate as part of the unified locking assembly
Certifications: Independently tested and rated by AAMA and NFRC.
